BN's Five Core Values Prove It Deserves To Lead Country - Liow
GURUN, Nov 23 (Bernama) -- The five core values practised by the Barisan Nasional (BN) government since independence prove that the party deserves to continue to lead the country, says MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
He said the five values, which comprised cooperation, harmony, solidarity, good coordination and unanimity among the BN component parties had created a harmonious atmosphere among the people in the country.
"These five values are the core values for BN, and which are now common values for all the multiracial people in the country...the opposition does not have these values, look at Pakatan Rakyat, (it) has disintegrated," he told reporters after meeting with residents of Kampung Sungai Bongkok, here, today.
At the event, Liow, who is Transport Minister, also handed over bags of rice to the 73 families affected by floods in the village.
