Najib Attends Closed-Door Meeting With Negeri Sembilan BN Leaders





PORT DICKSON, Feb 26 (Bernama) -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak attended a closed-door meeting with more than 40 Negeri Sembilan Barisan Nasional (BN) leaders here today.

Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, state MCA chairman Datuk Seri King Lim Chin Fui, state MIC chairman Datuk L. Manickam, state Gerakan chairman Datuk David Chong Vee Hing, state Makkal Sakti chairman Datuk K. Saravanan and state MyPPP chairman Suhul Hammed Shaik Mohaideen also attended the nearly one-hour meeting.

Meanwhile, state UMNO Liaison secretary Datuk Hasim Rusdi said during the meeting, Najib advised leaders of the component parties to ensure victory in their respective areas, especially Teluk Intang and Seremban parliamentary constituencies, and also five state constituencies namely Sikamat, Chennah, Repah, Port Dickson and Temiang.

"He also advised the party members to always give full support to the selected candidates and to avoid internal squabble and sabotage," Hasim said.
