Johor Police To Conduct GE14 Simulation In Kulai
JOHOR BAHRU, March 2 (Bernama) -- The Johor police will be conducting simulation exercise in the Kulai district this Saturday to prepare for the coming 14th General Election (GE14).
Kulai police chief Supt Dzulkhairi Mukhtar said the two-day exercise would cover Kampung Melayu Kulai and Taman Iris.
"(As such,) members of the public are advised not to be alarmed by the situation as well as the heavy police presence in the two areas,? he said in a statement here Thursday.
It is learnt that over 100 police officers and personnel are likely to be involved in the exercise, to start from 4 am, which might cover the vote-counting process and other possible scenarios including riots.
