GE14: PAS confident can cross line in Perak
IPOH, March 14 (Bernama) -- PAS and its allies in Gagasan Sejahtera will be contesting all 59 state seats in Perak in the 14th General Election and expect to win at least 30, which will allow them to form the next state government.
State PAS commissioner Razman Zakaria told a press conference here today that PAS would be fielding 43 candidates including four non-Muslims from the PAS Supporters Club while the remaining 16 will be from its allies.
However, he did not disclose the party's plans for the 24 parliamentary seats in the state.
In GE13, PAS won five state seats but lost one after the assemblyman joined splinter party Amanah.
