Penang BN launches GE14 Manifesto
BUTTERWORTH, April 15 (Bernama) -- Penang Barisan Nasional today launched its manifesto for the 14th General Election (GE14) which outlined six main initiatives themed 'Save Penang'.
The six initiatives are resolving hill clearance problems and flood mitigation; settling public housing problems, traffic congestion; economic development; people's well-being; and tourism and heritage.
Penang BN chairman Teng Chang Yeow said the manifesto was framed by taking into consideration the views and feedback of all BN component parties that gathered public feedback.
"This manifesto is a pledge and must be implemented if BN wins in this state," he said when launching the Penang BN manifesto here today.
The launch was also attended by leaders of state BN component parties, including Penang UMNO Liasion chairman Datuk Seri Zainal Abidin Osman and Penang MCA Datuk Tan Teik Cheng.
