BN Manifesto inclusive, including in opposition states - Irmohizam

KUALA LUMPUR, April 16 (Bernama) -- The Barisan Nasional (BN) Manifesto for the 14th general election (GE14) is inclusive and contained development pledges in every state, including the opposition controlled states.

UMNO Supreme Council member Datuk Seri Dr Irmohizam Ibrahim said the manifesto that comprised 14 main thrusts and 300 initiatives is a pledge that touched on the well-being of the community by taking into account the needs of all states in the next five years.

"The people themselves can feel and evaluate the vast differences between the BN manifesto and the opposition pact Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) manifesto.

"I am very confident and believe the people can understand better when looking at the manifesto that is more realistic and futuristic. This is because the BN manifesto are the things that can be done by the BN government and not merely hearsay," he said in a statement here today.

In fact, he said the BN manifesto was more concerned about fighting for the welfare of the people through various serious and sincere initiatives.
