Jamal Yunos not contesting in GE14

KUALA LUMPUR, April 17 (Bernama) -- Sungai Besar UMNO Division chief Datuk Seri Jamal Md Yunos said today he is not contesting in the 14th general election on May 9.
He said there was a proposal for him to contest but he turned it down.
Jamal said he would be in the Barisan Nasional machinery to assist BN candidates.
He spoke to reporters after making a report at the Ampang Jaya District Police headquarters over a falsified account of his on social media.
