GE14: Make a wise choice - Dr Subramaniam
SEGAMAT, April 27 (Bernama) -- MIC president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam reminded voters in Segamat to choose wisely so as not to regret over the next five years.
The incumbent MP for Segamat said casting their ballots just took three minutes but a wrong choice could mean they would suffer for five years just like what happened in the Jementah state seat five years ago.
"Just look for yourselves what the opposition has done there? nothing, zilch," he told reporters after giving away the prizes to the winners of the Walkathon Jalinan Rakyat (JR) Wanita UMNO Parlimen Segamat event at Padang Awam, Batu Anam near here today.
Also present were the Barisan Nasional's (BN) candidates for Buloh Kasap Datuk Zahari Sarip and Jementah Chiam Yok Meng. The two seats come under the Segamat constituency.
The BN has renominated Dr Subramaniam to defend the Segamat seat.
