PENAMPANG, May 3 (Bernama) -- Barisan Nasional Penampang candidate Ceasar Mandela Malakun is more than ready to serve the constituents.
Growing up in a kampung environment in Limbanak has made him the person today - sensitive and understanding towards the needs of his own people especially the youths.
Age is not a stumbling block for the young lad to bring great changes in the district of Penampang as he represents and speaks for the younger generation today.
"We need to focus on the issues they (youth) care about. Today's youth has been brought up with the advent of internet and they know more about the ins and outs of online than their elders," he told Bernama.
To this end, the Penampang Upko committee member pledged to develop the internet industry in order to empower the youths in the area.
"Penampang can become the pioneer for an IT hub in Sabah," he said adding, he would strive to improve the livelihood of the KDM community.
