No sacking of staff of Kemas, Perpaduan Kindergarten - Aminuddin
SEREMBAN, May 13 (Bernama) -- Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar Aminuddin Harun has denied allegations that all Perpaduan and Kemas kindergarten staff have been sacked by the new state government.
Instead, he said that it was business as usual and staff in the government-run kindergartens should continue to carry out their duties.
"We in the state government will not sack any of the staff, they can continue to work as government employees and the learning sessions for the children will continue as usual, " Aminuddin told a press conference here today.
The menteri besar also asked individuals who had taken furniture and other items at the state constituency service centre as well as community halls statewide, to return them by tomorrow.
"The items belonged to the government and those who took them should return them, or be prepared to face action, " he said.
Among the items taken were fans, chairs, tables and air-conditioning units.
