Adly clocks in as Melaka Chief Minister 
MELAKA, May 14 (Bernama) -- Adly Zahari reported for his first day as the new Melaka Chief Minister today at the Seri Negeri Complex, Ayer Keroh here.
He clocked in at about 8.30 am accompanied by the Melaka State Secretary, Datuk Roslan Ibrahim.
Adly then spent about 10 minutes to greet staff at the Chief Minister's Office before having a discussion with Roslan and other officers.
Adly is scheduled to pay a courtesy call on the Yang Dipertua Negeri, Tun Mohd Khalil Yaakub this afternoon before holding a press conference, expected to be on the appointment of the Melaka state executive council.
Adly, who is also Pakatan Harapan Melaka chairman, was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Melaka last Friday.
The Bukit Katil assemblyman takes over as the chief minister from Datuk Seri Idris Haron after the PH coalition won the 14th general election (GE14) on May 9.
