IPOH, May 15 (Bernama) -- Perak Pakatan Harapan (PH) welcomes support from all and assured that this will not affect the state administration, said Menteri Besar Ahmad Faizal Azumu.

He said influx into PH especially in the state would be deliberated by the Perak Pakatan Harapan Leadership Council.

"The entry of anybody into Pakatan Harapan, especially in the state of Perak, will be considered seriously so that all the people's sad episodes will not be repeated," he said in a statement here today.

Ahmad Faizal, who is also PH Perak chairman, was commenting on Perak PH's decision to refuse the entry of former Behrang assemblyman Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi in the Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM).

Ahmad Faizal said Jamaluddin was rejected without negotiations after taking into consideration that Jamaluddin was one of the traitors in the Pakatan Rakyat government which led to an administration crisis in Perak in 2008.

Meanwhile, Perak PKR Information head Siti Aishah Shaik Ismail said Jamaluddin's presence at a press conference on the entry of Sungai Manik assemblyman Datuk Zainol Fadzi Paharuddin into PPBM was uninvited.

"He (Menteri Besar) also stressed that the participation of any individual does not constitute the basis of any form of offer of positions or a place in the state administration," she told a press conference here today.

Siti Aisha said the Perak state government was serious about everything that had happened so that it did not hamper the efforts of the state government to ensure the people's priorities were paramount.

Asked on the offer of state executive councillor posts to Zainol Fadzi and Tualang Sekah assemblyman Datuk Nolee Ashilin Mohd Radzi, Siti Aishah said the matter would be decided later.
